Robolife Technologies - Our Achievements

The NASA Space Apps Challenge is a global hackathon that brings together coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, and all science and space enthusiasts. Participants use NASA's open data to solve real-world problems related to Earth and space.

The Space Apps Challenge is held every year in October. Teams of up to 10 people can participate, either in person at a local hackathon or virtually. The hackathon begins on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon.

Our team was the winner from Chittagong district, which was a proud moment for us.

Springboard 7.0 was a special event under Youth Co:Lab, co-initiated by UNDP and Citi Foundation, and implemented by Impact Hub Dhaka.

In recognition of their innovative solutions to address pressing social and environmental challenges, a total of BDT 1,190,000 was awarded to the top three teams — Green Dye, Robolife Technologies, and PlanPost AI.

Our team, Robolife Technologies, was the runner-up and received a cash prize, which was a significant recognition of our innovative efforts.

From among 177 applicants, a shortlisted group of 9 teams was invited to participate in the Springboard 7.0 Bootcamp at BCDM, Savar.

Joy Bangla Youth Award is a flagship initiative of Young Bangla, a youth network in Bangladesh, aimed at recognizing and connecting young changemakers across the country. The award was launched in 2015 and has been held annually ever since.

The Joy Bangla Youth Award honors young individuals and organizations who are working to bring positive change to their communities and the nation.

Every year, thousands of teams submit projects that showcase creativity, collaboration, and the potential to solve challenges we face on Earth and in space.

We were the winner in the Climate and Innovation category of the Joy Bangla Youth Award, selected from over 3,000 participants, which was an incredible honor and a moment of great pride for us.
